Our proposal

At 33Visual, we approach every project as a partnership. From a shared-risk pilot to the Agile Lite rollout, our focus is on delivering clarity, consistency, and measurable value—elevating every story we help bring to life.

PILOT SITE

(1 development)

To initiate the partnership, we propose a single-site pilot where both parties share the risk and opportunity. This development will receive full visual coverage—drone, stills, video, and a VR experience.

Beyond deliverables, this pilot will also help define the art direction and visual tone that can be replicated and scaled across future developments—ensuring alignment, consistency, and efficiency in the rollout.

AGILE FRAMEWORK

Agile Lite is a focused, high-efficiency production model designed for rapid execution across multiple developments. It delivers essential visual capture - without post-production - ideal for building a scalable visual archive under time constraints.

5-month scope

Total: $120,000

What's Included

  • Photography and raw video capture at up to 40 developments (includes drone imagery where permitted)

  • VR integration and/or drone-based 3D models for up to 10 key sites

  • Delivery of unedited files, organized and categorized

  • Access to our content platform for review and coordination

  • No post-production (no retouching, no edited videos)

Execution Plan

  • Target pace: up to 4 developments per week

  • Total project timeline: 5 months

  • $5,000/month management fee applies after the initial 5-month window

Why This Works

While our team is equipped to capture 3–4 developments per week, the 5-month timeline accounts for real-world variables: internal logistics on Consorcio ARA’s side, holiday periods, and site availability. In some cases, travel requirements may involve arriving the day before or departing the day after, especially for remote locations. This buffer ensures we maintain quality, consistency, and flexibility without compromising the overall rollout.

Additional Notes

  • Travel expenses, lodging, and on-site incidentals are not included and will be quoted separately based on the confirmed locations.

  • Any services not explicitly listed in the proposal will be treated as additional and require prior written approval.

  • Our SaaS platform—used for asset delivery, site management, and immersive experiences—is included for the duration of the contract.

  • If the contract is paused or terminated, access to the platform and hosted content will also be paused or deactivated.
