meals, mobilization, and related travel expenses required to complete the inspection program.

Pricing is valid for a minimum commitment of 50 properties. All inspections under this agreement must be
completed no later than December 31, 2026, subject to access, weather, and operational conditions.
The fixed travel and mobilization amount is fixed and will not be adjusted based on actual expenses incurred.
Beginning the second year, an annual technology fee of $15,000 USD will apply.
